  • We currently have 21 group fitness classes available each week.

  • Our qualified instructors help to improve technique & explain foundation movements.

  • These classes are offered to individuals 16 years & above.

  • We have a range of classes focusing on improving strength, cardio, balance, co-ordination & conditioning.

  • Our instructors specifically design the classes to suit all fitness levels, including pregnancy & post-partum.

  • All classes run for 45 minutes. All members will need to register an account via our online portal (click ‘book a class’ above) using the same email address as your membership.

  • Non-members can purchase casual passes via our online portal or at reception for $12.50 which includes a class pass & gym session.

  • Our 9.30am & 5.30pm class is child-friendly with our Kids Room area available for them to enjoy.
