Frequently Asked Questions

  • We have an option for non-members to join our challenge which will give the person 8 weeks unlimited gym & group membership to our gym.

  • We provide a detailed presentation explaining macros, energy systems & how to manipulate food intake to achieve your goals. We also provide easy to make recipes & meal plan examples to help guide you to create your own meal plans.

  • Yes! Ash will work closely with you to determine your goals & set macro targets to fast track your results.

  • We recommend that you are achieving 3x strength training sessions each week of the challenge. You are welcome to do these using our strength program on the app or by coming to do a group class. The choice is yours.

  • We aim for our clients to lose an average of 0.5kg to 1kg per week. However each individual is different so this can affect the rate of your weight loss journey.

  • This challenge is self driven. We can give you all the tools & education but if you are looking for a quick fix & not willing to put in the work then this challenge is not for you. Changes won't happen unless you are willing to work for it.
